Hello there,
It’s the 29th edition of this newsletter this year and I’m super pumped. I have something to ask of you. 3 things actually.
We are growing and soon we will cross the 1,000 line as a community. Before that, I want to give you all early believers direct access to me. So here’s my WhatsApp number. Please click and say hello. Message only, no calls.
If you are good with design, can you please help me design a logo with the name “Mind Without Boundary”. Let’s work together to grow this space.
Still on design, I also need help on designing a banner. If you can, please help with it. You can send me a WhatsApp message if you have any enquiry or reply to this email.
What’s in it for you? 3 things!!! First, you now have direct access to me with the link I shared. Secondly, I have an exclusive ebook for you. I will leave you to decide what you want the third benefits should be.
This is a sample banner.
Alright, let’s get in on building mind without boundaries today.
Something I’ve been thinking about lately is this idea of when to say yes and when to say no.
Here’s what I came up with:
When you are young or starting something new, say more yeses than you say no. As you grow, you will learn to say more nos than yes.
Measure your growth by the number of nos that you can say. And don't childishly say no just to give yourself the illusion of growth.
A practical example of that is to meet everyone that wants to meet you and make sure you take a selfie with that person. Including ask to meet a lot of people as well.
Keep the selfie. Maintain the relationship. And as often as you can, say hello. When should you drop some off the road? Nature will guide you to answer that.

In 2019, as I sat down to reflect on the journey that brought me to where I was in life, I concluded that being a Victim of Exposure (VoE) is significantly responsible it all. But what does it mean to be a VoE? Over the years, I refined the definition again and again.
This is the latest iteration: the core idea of being a "victim of exposure" is that information doesn't have to be relevant to you before you feed your mind with it.

Succeeding at the Creator Game - So much work now is analogous to playing a video game. Move forward and try new things and you’ll find a way to level up. Stop challenging yourself and you fall behind. An estimated 50 million are playing the Creator Game. It’s a game of Learning, Creating, and Connecting. Scores are kept with metrics such as subscribers, likes, follows, and revenue. However, it’s much more than that. It’s a game of personal expression, agency, and optionality.
From Josh Spector Newsletter, For The Interested
Decades ago David Crosby said something interesting to Joni Mitchell.
A moment later she asked if he remembered what he had said.
He didn't.
She scolded him and explained that's why you need to write every interesting thing down.
"If you don't write it down, it didn't happen," she said.
Something to keep in mind the next time you come across something interesting.
That’s all for this week.
Don’t forget to reach out to me on WhatsApp or help with the logo and banner design.
Thank you.
